About the Role
We are a menswear/activewear export company based in Hong Kong, preparing a website product photoshoot.
We are looking for a freelance fashion shoot coordinator to support preparation, on-site coordination, and post-shoot handover.
This is a hands-on coordination role, not a creative or design position.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate website photoshoot (1–2 shoot days)
- Prepare samples, looks, and shoot checklist
- Liaise with the photographer, the studio, and models
- Support fitting and on-site shoot coordination
- Ensure images meet website / e-commerce standards
- Coordinate image handover after the shoot
Requirements
- Experience in fashion/apparel photoshoots (menswear preferred)
- Strong execution and coordination skills
- Familiar with e-commerce or product image standards
- Able to work independently and communicate clearly
- Freelance / project-based availability
Project Details
- Freelance / project-based
- Short-term (approx. 2–4 weeks total)
- Shoot location: Hong Kong Studio in Kowloon Bay
- Fee: Day rate or project fee (please quote)
