Shipping Policy

All products are made-to-order based on customer requirements.

Order Processing & Production
• Production will begin after order confirmation and receipt of a 50% deposit.
• Production lead time will be confirmed based on order quantity and product style.

Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options depending on order size and urgency:
• Sea Freight (for bulk orders)
• Air Freight
• Express Courier (e.g. FedEx)

Shipping Time
Shipping time varies depending on destination and the shipping method selected. Estimated transit time will be provided before shipment.

Payment & Shipment
• A 50% deposit is required to start production.
• The remaining balance must be settled before shipment.

Important Notes
• Shipping costs are not included unless otherwise agreed.
• Customers may also arrange their own freight forwarder if preferred.
• We will coordinate shipment details with the customer before dispatch.
